I’ve been a sometimes artist all my life. In January 2020, I retired from a whirlwind career in information technology. Now I get to make art (almost) all the time! I do calligraphy, collage, print making, painting, and bookmaking. Over the two last years, I wrote and illustrated a children’s picture book, Here We Go! The Zany Adventures of Aileen and Zoey.
My favorite tools are pen and ink, acrylics, watercolors, gouache, pastels, colored pencils, and an iPad + ProCreate.
I hope to communicate in my work a spirit of playfulness and a prayer for justice in our troubled world.
